Welcoming New Team Members to First Choice for Women
At First Choice for Women, we are constantly amazed by the ways God is moving within our ministry. Today, we are thrilled to introduce two new team members, Andi Craycraft and Brian Lambertson, and to celebrate Shannon Bryan's transition into a new role. Each of these individuals brings unique gifts, experiences, and a heart for service. Join us in welcoming Andi and Brian, and in supporting Shannon as she embarks on this new chapter!
Meet Our Nurse Manager: Andi Craycraft
Andi Craycraft steps into the role of Nurse Manager with a heart full of compassion and decades of medical experience. A registered nurse with a background in pediatrics and hospice care, Andi has dedicated her life to serving others in times of both joy and need. She and her husband, Matt, have been married for 30 years and have raised four sons. Now, as a grandmother to five, she cherishes family time, gardening, fishing, and listening to worship music. Andi's deep faith and commitment to God’s work make her a perfect fit for First Choice, and we are blessed to have her lead our medical team with love and wisdom.
Meet Our Fatherhood Administrator: Brian Lambertson
Brian Lambertson joins us as the Fatherhood Administrator, bringing a passion for mentorship and community service. A devoted husband to his wife and father to two daughters, Brian has long been involved in ministry and outreach. As the Outreach Director at Tabernacle of Praise, he actively fosters community connections and encourages spiritual growth. His work with Revive a Nation Ministries and events like ChristFest highlight his values and how they align with First Choice’s mission to strengthen families and build community. Brian’s leadership and dedication to strengthening fathers in their roles will be instrumental in equipping men to be strong, supportive partners and role models.
Shannon Bryan: Our New Healthy Relationships Coordinator
Previously serving as our Fatherhood Administrator, Shannon Bryan now transitions into the role of Healthy Relationships Coordinator. Her experience in educating and empowering fathers provides a solid foundation for guiding new parents and youth in building strong, thriving relationships. Shannon’s passion for equipping individuals with the tools for healthy communication and meaningful connections will be a blessing to all who walk through our doors.
