2018 in Review

Dear Friends,

I can’t tell you what a blessing it is to be serving the Lord here in this position!

Over the last 5 years I have had the pleasure of watching the Lord transform our efforts into a thriving ministry spanning two counties!

Each year I have the privilege of praying and asking the Lord for His direction and vision for the coming year. This year, through a variety of circumstances, He placed the phrase “Together for Life” in front of me. What does that mean, and how will that impact our vision for 2019? Ephesians 4:16, says, “From whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love”. Thinking about this passage, I believe He is calling us to work together in these tumultuous times for the unborn.

At First Choice, this will include adding to staff, increasing the number of volunteers at each center, expanding hours and growing the abstinence education program in Anderson, seeing more abortion minded clients, and adding programs that will broaden our range of services and help us to be more proactive in our communities.

In order to accomplish these objectives, we need individuals in the body of Christ to join us in our efforts by using his/her talents to strengthen the First Choice for Women ministry.

If you are already partnering with First Choice for Women, I want to personally thank you and hope that you are encouraged as you read this newsletter and see a snapshot of the amazing things God had done in the past year.

If you are new to First Choice and are looking for a place to be involved where God is already at work in an incredible ways, we ask that you consider partnering with us today – prayerfully, financially, and/or by getting involved as a volunteer. Together we will see lives saved, young people instructed on the importance of abstinence before marriage, and women’s, men’s, and family’s lives truly transformed for the glory of God!

Together for LIFE!
