Volunteer Spotlight - Stephanie Tate

Stephanie Tate volunteers as a ParentCare Mentor and Pregnancy Test Advocate atFirst Choice for Women of Anderson & Madison County. As a teenage mother herself, Stephanie has a heart for young mothers, and serves an average of 8 hours a week. “I know the struggles and judgement these girls face every day,” said Stephanie. “I want them to know that their situation doesn’t have to define them. They can care for their child AND achieve their goals. I especially love praying with them and helping them find hope in Jesus.”

Stephanie and her husband Daniel have three daughters and attend Harmony Christian Church in Elwood. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading and listening to music.
