First Choice for Women Announces New Executive Director

The Board of Directors of First Choice is excited and honored to announce our new Executive Director. Our Search Committee has reviewed numerous resumes and applications. We conducted interviews with many candidates who had the qualifications, but one candidate has not only a proven track record but also a passion for this ministry.

Kailee McKnight has been involved with First Choice for several years and has been on staff. She most recently has been the Office Manager, and Lisa Miller, our previous CEO, has worked closely with her, mentoring her in many areas. When Lisa resigned, we named Kailee as Board Appointed Manager during our search process. Her commitment to First Choice has been evident, and our Board of Directors has been impressed with her abilities.

Kailee is married to Jeremy McKnight, and they have three beautiful daughters. They live in Muncie, but Kailee’s roots are in Madison County. Kailee’s faith in God is the center of her life, and we are eager to move forward with her.

We also are pleased to let you know that we are phasing into being open regular hours in Anderson and Muncie soon. We are following the guidelines of the State of Indiana and our Medical Director. This has been an unprecedented time, and we are so happy to return to serving the men and women of our community who are in need.

Your prayers for Kailee and all of our staff and volunteers are appreciated. Your faithfulness to First Choice for Women is the cornerstone of all we do. We have many opportunities to continue to minister to families, and we are eagerly looking to the future.
