Meet the New Abstinence Director

by Lisa MillerkeithFirst Choice for Women is happy to announce Keith Willis as our new Abstinence Director. Keith joined the Ministry in early September and brings with him a passion and excitement to serve God and work with the youth in our community. For the past four years Willis has attended Southeastern Free Will Baptist College where he studied youth ministry and music. Keith has a heart for helping and educating young people. He believes that “this ministry opportunity is a chance to get into the public schools and teach our youth the truth about abstinence”. Keith is from Muncie and currently attends Grace Baptist Church. When asked about joining First Choice, Keith stated, “First Choice for Women is an answer to prayer, and I believe, a chance to share and contribute to the young people in our local community! I am excited about the opportunity to minister with First Choice for Women! I am excited for the chance to work with surrounding ministries and offer myself and this department as a resource that can be used in their young people’s lives. I believe that through partnerships with local ministries, organizations, and schools, First Choice for Women can prevent young people from ever having to make a decision concerning abortion. Our goal is to reach them before they need to reach us!”While in college, Keith was able to travel and minister to young people all over the country. He has had multiple opportunities to speak to groups of young people in several different venues. Wills states that he has really enjoyed watching the teenagers learn and grow through these teaching opportunities. As a musician on campus, Keith was also given a number of leadership responsibilities in his College’s music program, including conducting and arranging music. We believe Keith’s passion, leadership skills, and numerous other talents, will make him a valuable asset to the Ministry. We look forward to what God has in store for our Abstinence Department and the Ministry as a whole!
